In 2019 I started MJC Solutions, a veteran-owned small business, to help leaders and teams to simplify the complex journey of their work. My passion is to help the people who lead others.

I am a general pediatrician who has held physician leadership positions since 1997. My extensive experience spans health system capital planning, strategic business ventures, physician compensation plans, and community pandemic response. I find joy in coaching leaders and teams, to help the people who care for people.
